About The Role:
As the Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Operations departments to achieve common goals. Your responsibilities will encompass onsite technical work, commissioning, programming, and service tasks as needed.
$110,000 – $140,000 per year + phone, laptop + car
About You:
You are a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence. You should thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of mentoring and facilitating learning across the business. You love working with clients and team members, and have the capability to assess, design and program systems to suit a variety of environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in AV systems commissioning and programming, with proficiency in Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Netgear (and networking in general), MS Teams, Zoom, and UX Design.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of excellence for both staff and clients.
- Provide onsite installation, commissioning, programming, and service-related works.
- Verify and program systems onsite and in-office.
- Be involved in the design of systems, helping create BOMs, and providing documentation for sales and delivery.
- Offer technical support and fault diagnosis across all aspects of our business.
- Ensure all necessary information is available for project delivery and attend site handovers.
- Engage in customer-facing technical sales activities as required.
- Hold Vendor & industry certifications and continuously develop product knowledge.
- Help maintain our catalogue and engineering documents.
- Mentor and facilitate learning across the business.
