Crewing Co-ordinator

We currently have a great opportunity for a talented Operations crewing person to join our Sydney Ops team.

Working across our combined Haycom and Norwest brands this role will suit an individual who enjoys dealing with people and thrives on the challenges of a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the crewing team who look after the day to day scheduling of crew and working as part of the operations team to ensure the maintaining of operational standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate

• Highly detail-oriented and superior organizational skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to lead a team provide on going guidance , support and oversight with daily duties
• Proven history of customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Working experience in AV/broadcast equipment rental and/or event execution capacity preferred

The successful applicant will possess the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with our roster of full time and casual staff and will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of event delivery. An understanding of industry software packages RentalPoint and Personnel Manager, and prior warehousing and logistics supervisory experience would be advantageous.
