The Package: $83,240.04 – $91,978.64 gross per annum + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 12 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression. 

Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.
 

Are you ready to take centre stage in a dynamic, high-performing team? QPRC is seeking a Front of House & Venue Manager to oversee exceptional audience experiences and bring operational excellence to the Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre!
                                                                                                                                                                                                         

In this role you will:

  • Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless patron experience for performances, special events, and community programs.
  • Manage ticketing, settlements, financial reconciliations, and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee venue maintenance and safety, ensuring WHS compliance, effective provider communication, and accurate reporting.
     

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has proven leadership experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally within an arts or theatre setting with ticketing and box office experience is highly valued.
  • Has outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to both internal and external stakeholders in a variety of forms.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for performances and events.
  • Possesses a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
