Sales & Account Manager – Melbourne Live Events

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and manage an exciting portfolio of existing clients across Melbourne’s vibrant outdoor events market.

About the Role:

In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities and nurturing key client relationships across the live events sector. You’ll work with councils, event organisers, and production partners to deliver outstanding AV and event production solutions for outdoor concerts, festivals, community events, and more.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, values autonomy, and knows how to deliver solutions that bring events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and secure new event opportunities in Melbourne’s outdoor event space

• Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximise repeat business

• Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, venues, and event partners

• Respond to briefs, prepare proposals, attend client meetings and site visits

• Collaborate closely with our production and technical teams to deliver seamless event experiences

• Keep up to date with event industry trends and maintain a strong network within the sector

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in outdoor event production is essential

• Proven background in sales, business development, and/or account management within the events or production industries

• Strong understanding of technical production for live events (staging, audio, lighting, video)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple projects

• Strong knowledge of Melbourne’s live events and outdoor event market

• Passionate about delivering outstanding events and exceeding client expectations
