About the Role 

Corpus Christi College is seeking applications from highly organised professionals with excellent Audio Visual (AV) skills interested in joining our established and efficient ICT department.

The Audio Visual Coordinator primarily supports the planning and presentation of key College events onsite through the coordination, management, maintenance, delivery and provision of audio and visual requirements across the College. This role also provides support to the Head of Theatre Operations in the successful delivery of AV requirements across all areas of the College and supports the Marketing and Communications team through various media production items to promote the College.

About You

Our ideal candidates will be proficient in a range of AV technologies with relevant experience and/qualifications and hold a current National Police Clearance and WWC clearance in addition to possessing;

  • A commitment to customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders
  • A willingness to learn emergent technologies and attain relevant tickets/licences
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills, time management and the ability to work autonomously and in a busy team 
  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solve 
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality  
  • A personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community and a willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College   

Agility and an ability to prioritise are key for this role, as it involves operational duties while also providing support for project-based tasks. It requires a self-motivated, organised individual with a positive attitude towards working in the College community. The role will require flexibility in work time with some events taking place outside of normal College operational hours.
