Audio Visual Installer

Vizcom Technologies is a dynamic Audio-Visual company located in Osborne Park. We provide a wide range of Audio-Visual services to an increasing number of corporate, education and large venue clients.  We are one of the largest Audio-Visual Integration companies in Western Australia, with a strong reputation in delivering the best service and solutions.

We are looking for Audio-Visual installers to join our install team to deliver high end technology solutions for some of Australia’s biggest corporates.

As the face of our company, you will have a can-do attitude, with a high focus on customer service. You will demonstrate excellent installation and organisational skills or be willing to learn them, as well as have the ability to deliver assigned tasks and manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders and fellow team members.

Attention to detail is an important pre-requisite.

Responsibilities will be across a full range of tasks including:

• Rough in of cables, terminating of cables, fit off brackets, hardware fit off, install/terminate racks
• Daily communication with the assigned project manager or site lead for site task updates and risk, issues and opportunities
• Hands on approach to helping deliver projects to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Assist other Vizcom teams as required for tasks including site surveys, service calls etc
• Advising project manager or company management of any client issues
• Good safety standards

Key requirements for the role:

• Proven experience or similar in the installation of equipment & hardware
• A good understanding in the use of hand & power tools
• Ability to read and interpret cable schedules or willing to learn.
• Ability to perform onsite testing and basic commissioning as required or willing to learn
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn greater commissioning skills if it’s of interest
