As an Audio-Visual Technician / Installer, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless audio-visual installations and projects. You’ll be at the forefront of implementing AV solutions that redefine how people engage, collaborate and communicate.  From corporate boardrooms to dynamic LED video wall installations, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of audio-visual excellence throughout Victoria.

We specialize in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions such as large format LED video walls, video conferencing systems, digital signage, audio solutions, and commercial AV fitouts. This is a hands-on position requiring knowledge of cabling methods, terminations, hardware installation and fault-finding. Prior experience with installation of display screens, installed audio systems,  control solution cabling is required.  LED video wall experience is desired but not essential, as training can be provided. 

Key Responsibilities :

Working closely with our project manager and sales team to facilitate the efficient and professional installation of a range of cutting-edge audio visual equipment including but not limited to video conferencing hardware, display solutions such as projectors, flat panel large format displays and LED video walls.  

Taking ownership of end-to-end on site project delivery including cabling, installation, fixings and co ordination of commissioning and handover processes with other staff.

Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and expertise.
