This is a pivotal position, as such we require the services of an astute and technically capable Audio Visual & Integrated Solutions Service Technician & Commissioner who has experience in audio visual or a related field.

This position will require:

• A thorough understanding of complex AV & integrated technology environments with an eye for detail
• Ability to accurately read and interpret AV & IT schematics and plans
• Thorough fault finding methodologies and testing procedures 
• Performance testing of on-site equipment, cabling and software
• Ability to load software to processors, controllers, switches and various other solution elements
• Represent the company with high degrees of professionalism and expertise
• Working with team members to ensure client Service KPI’s are achieved
• Liaising with Leedall technical team to ensure solutions are operational to installed design specifications
• Ability to build client and vendor support relationships
• Provide end user updates and explanations of fault restoration services
• Ability to update and manage job details in dispatch and job management software
• A mature and professional communication style with a ‘customer first’ value set
• Required industry & / or related certifications
