The Role
If you are a AV Technician (with Audio specialty) who would love to join a vibrant, dynamic School celebrating its 150th Anniversary in 2025, this role could be for you.
PLC’s current five-year Strategic Plan will continue to bring a host of projects to light and we are now expanding our ICT team to support our exciting future.
The AV Technician (Audio) is a full-time, ongoing role which will see you working alongside our dedicated AV team to support the technical sound and audio-visual needs of the College, from our state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre, meeting halls, teaching spaces and meeting rooms.
Your skills and creativity will bring life to many of the College’s major events such as Theatre and Music Productions, House Concerts, Assemblies and community events such as the Twilight Picnic.
About You
Ideally you are an audio-visual qualified expert, with particular skills and interest in sound dynamics, mixing and editing.
You will bring high-level ICT knowledge combined with hands-on skills across audio, lighting and stage setup.
You are genuinely passionate about your field, show initiative and drive, and also possess excellent communication skills to engage with and support students and staff.
