The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will manage and expand our customer base in your assigned territories. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. In return we are offering a competitive package comprising of (Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across NSW, QLD & ACT.
- Leverage CRM systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records, track sales progress, and optimize communication with clients.
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and project deadlines with a focus on driving business growth.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, expanding the customer base through targeted lead generation and outreach.
- Perform regular client visits to provide personalized support, product recommendations, and technical assistance.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximise product sell-through.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B Sales experience in Event Rental/Production or AV Integration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite for seamless day-to-day operations.
- Experience with CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
- A valid NSW driver’s license, with regular travel across the regions.
