About the role
TLS Productions’ are seeking Experienced – Audio, AV & lighting Technicians to join our talented team in Welshpool, WA. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the company’s programming and production activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Set up, operate and maintain audio, audiovisual and lighting equipment for a range of events and productions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless event delivery
- Collaborate with the production team to understand technical requirements and deliver exceptional event experiences
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our technical capabilities
- Mentor and train junior technicians to share your expertise
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an audio, AV or lighting technician, ideally in the events or media production industry
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills in the setup and operation of a wide range of audio, AV and lighting equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a production team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- A passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions and exceptional event experiences

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year
