About the role :
Working with some of the best technicians and equipment in the industry. You will have opportunity to learn how to design, install, commission, program and diagnose faults with:-
- Professional Audio Equipment
- IT/Data Networking
- MATV Systems
- Multi-zone Video & Audio
- IR, RS232 and IP Control Systems
- Video Conferencing
- Surveillance & Security Systems
- VIOP PBX
Your duties will include:–
- Primary Roll will be Service – troubleshooting and fault diagnosing efficiently to facilitate our clients requests.
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager under their instruction of with an aim to exceed client expectations.
- Assist with Project Work installation where applicable
- Undertake all works documentation
- Outstanding communication to clients & administration
- Self-management
Skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work after hours and occasionally on weekends
- Maintaining Confidentiality
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work unassisted
- Must be reliable
A Certificate III in Telecommunications with a registered Open Cablers Licence, White Card and EWP Ticket will be highly favourable for this position, although not essential for the right candidate.
