About the Role
As a Stage Manager, you will be at the heart of our productions, ensuring seamless coordination of all aspects of the stage during rehearsals and performances. Your ability to anticipate and resolve challenges will be critical in maintaining the professionalism and success of our events.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee stage operations and manage all technical and creative elements during rehearsals and performances.
Collaborate with directors, designers, and technical staff to ensure the smooth execution of the production.
Coordinate and cue lighting, sound, props, and set changes.
Lead and manage stage crew, providing clear direction and support.
Maintain detailed records, including prompt books and rehearsal schedules.
Address on-the-spot issues efficiently to minimize disruptions.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Stage Manager in live events, theatre, or similar environments.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
A calm demeanor under pressure and quick problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of technical stage equipment and operations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
