Your key responsibilities
• Lead and perform proactive maintenance of VC systems managed by the team;
• Act as technical lead and an internal escalation point for VC-related technical issues within the Court AV team;
• Actively participate in the design, commissioning and acceptance of VC service enhancement projects;
• Establish and maintain effective communication and build strong collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Provide expert technical advice to supervisor/managers around technical aspects of VC service;
• Produce and distribute system reports to technical and business stakeholders;
• Maintain assigned incident, requests, and problem tickets (within ServiceNow), ensuring timely updates and thorough recording of actions taken;
• Ensure compliance with CTS incident, request, change and problem management service management policies, procedures.
