Meyer Sound LYON Wins 2015 TEC Award

Industry professionals have voted the LYON linear sound reinforcement system as the winner of the TEC Award in Sound Reinforcement Loudspeakers. This is the fourth industry accolade for LYON since its debut in 2014, and the 10th TEC Award win for Meyer Sound.

This latest win cements LYON’s position as the audio industry’s new favorite line array loudspeaker system, following a string of industry recognitions that also include the ProSoundWeb Readers’ Choice Award, Commercial Integrator BEST Award, and NewBay Media Best of Show Award at InfoComm 2014.

Combining the exceptional linearity of the LEO system with a flexible package, LYON has been installed in Bill Davis Stadium at Ohio University and the Alberta Jubilee Auditoriums in Canada. Close to 40 rental companies are using LYON for a wide rage of applications around the world. They include Ed Sheeran, Judas Priest, and Brantley Gilbert tours; Boston Calling Festival; “Top Gear Live;” MAYDAY Festival, and more.
